Lease your hunting land, state by state

What hunters want from private land changes from state to state: flooded timber in the Delta, elk winter range in the Rockies, farm woodlots across the Midwest. The arrangement does not. You set the price, the dates and the rules, and we list your land, take the bookings, collect the payment and pay you your share.

How it works

How leasing your land works

The short version: you keep your land, you set your price, you set the rules, and we handle the paperwork, the hunter and the money.

What you decide

  • You set the price

We show you what comparable ground nearby has been leasing for, and we may set a minimum below which we will not list. Above that, the number is yours.

  • You set the dates

You choose when access starts and ends. We tell you the state's season dates, and any weeks you want for yourself or your family stay yours.

  • You set the rules

Stands, harnesses, gates, guests, off-limits areas: whatever you require goes into the agreement the hunter signs, and it binds their whole party.

What we handle

  • We bring hunters to the marketplace

Your land is listed on our marketplace, and we advertise the marketplace to hunters so they find it. We publish the county and a general area, never your name, address, gate code or phone number.

  • We handle the booking and the paperwork

The hunter books through the site and, before paying, signs the Access Agreement, with your rules in it, and the Liability Waiver.

  • We collect and pay you

We take the payment when the hunter books, keep our fee, and pay your share to your bank account after their access period starts. You never chase anyone for money.

No fee to be listed, and no account to create: we set everything up with you over the phone.

How many acres, and what’s on it?

Tell us on a short call: where it is, what the ground looks like and what you have actually seen on it. We’ll go through how listing works and what comparable ground nearby has been leasing for. No account to create and no fee to be listed.
