Every listing comes from a landowner who wants it leased, at the price they set. You see acreage, terrain, and species up front, you can call us to talk any tract through, and the exact location is released to you once your booking is confirmed.
“What about liability and insurance?”
Every lease comes with a written agreement, and our program carries commercial liability coverage. No handshake deals and no gray areas — you know exactly what you're signing.
“Will I be hunting on top of other people?”
No. Each lease goes to one party — you and your guests. That's the whole point: unpressured game, patternable deer, and woods with no strangers in them.
“I've never leased before. Is it complicated?”

- Do I hunt alone or with a crowd?
- Every lease goes to a single party. It's your ground for the season — bring your family and guests, but no strangers and no competition for your spot.
- How do I know a listing is what it says?
- Each listing is written from what the landowner tells us, and we don't inspect the land ourselves. So call us before you book: we'll tell you everything we know about the tract and put your questions to the landowner. You also sign a written agreement, with the landowner's rules attached, before anyone sets foot on the property.
- Is there insurance and a real lease agreement?
- Yes. Our program carries commercial liability coverage and every lease includes a clear written agreement, so both you and the landowner are protected.
- Can I see the exact location before I book?
- Not the exact spot — that's the landowner's privacy, and it's what keeps the ground from being scouted for free. You see the county, acreage, terrain, species and photos up front, and you can call us on (804) 424-5233 to talk the property through before you commit. The location and access details the landowner provides are released to you as soon as your booking is confirmed.
- Can I lease for just a few days instead of the whole season?
- Not by the day. Every lease runs for a season or a full year, for one party, and each listing shows its exact access dates, so pick the one that fits when you hunt.
