## About this lease

A private deer and turkey lease near Littleton, North Carolina, leased to one party of up to two hunters for the full season.

The property sits in a channeled valley ringed by working farms. The timber was cut roughly twenty years ago and has grown back into dense, mature cover — the kind of thick woods deer bed in during the day and move out of at dusk toward the surrounding crop fields. That farm-to-forest edge runs along the property, and it is where the movement is.

Water on the property holds game through the dry stretches of the season, and the valley floor funnels travel between bedding cover and the neighboring fields. Turkeys work the same edges in spring.

This is a lease for hunters who want ground nobody else is walking: one party, the whole Access Period, no day-hunters in and out. Exact location, access, parking and property bounds are released to your party once the lease is booked.

Become a member and book it before the season fills.

### The ground

Dense hardwood and pine forest, valley bottom, creek/water, farm edges.
